Where to find your credentials
When your mailboxes are opened, the contact address of your account receives, for each of them, its address and its initial password, to be changed at first sign-in. We keep no copy of it. A lost password is reset from the Panel, by your account administrator.
Three addresses, three purposes:
- Webmail —
mail.mail-exchange.ch/owa, to read and write from a browser. - Panel — reset a mailbox password, add an alias. Administrators only.
- Client area — order, pay, manage your domains and invoices.
DNS records
The values to create at your registrar — MX, SPF, autodiscover, DMARC — are in Point your MX records. If we manage your domain, they are already in place.
