Beyond the reach of the CLOUD Act
The CLOUD Act compels US providers to hand over data, wherever it is. We are a Geneva company, on our own machines, with no US provider in the chain. It has no hold.
Under Swiss law, and Swiss law alone
nFADP, professional secrecy, mutual legal assistance: a foreign authority goes through a Swiss decision. We hand over nothing otherwise, and we tell you whenever the law allows.
